Today we are excited to announce that Carla McMorris is joining Synapse as our Director of Content.
Carla has over 25 years of experience in content and marketing with extensive startup experience across vertical markets including Fintech. Before Synapse, Carla was the Director of Content Marketing at Marqeta, where she led content strategy and was the key writer for product and sales including eBooks, reports, articles, and blogs. Prior to Marqeta, Carla held several VP roles at a venture capital firm and an enterprise software company, and has consulted with a variety of B2B growth companies including writing client bylines, articles, and strategy presentations for tech PR firms.
At Synapse, Carla will lead Synapse content strategy — ranging from our product collateral, case studies, to white papers. As Synapse continues to scale and build the financial infrastructure for customers of all sizes, it is now more important than ever for us to embed high quality content alongside our products, so that all product owners, both technical and non-technical, can build high quality financial products on top of the Synapse infrastructure. As Carla commented,
