Synapse Expands C-Suite Leadership
We recently announced two leadership appointments that directly relate to our broader strategic investment and focus on people, culture, and customer success. Jack Doan has joined the company as its first Chief People & Culture Officer and Derek Drennan has joined as Chief Customer Officer.
Mr. Doan will lead all aspects of human resources. He brings more than twenty years of experience leading people and culture functions for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Drennan will bring technology executive experience and a passion for helping clients solve business problems with technology. He will be critical to building upon Synapse’s customer care, growth, advocacy, and overall customer success strategy.
